Ron Leander, CPA

Owner and EOS Implementer

Ron knows entrepreneurs. He had the unique experience of being the CFO of Access Cash International, a Minnesota company that grew from $3 million to $54 million in four years. Add in his other experience working at a little Minnesota company called 3M as well as Medtronic and Josten’s. The mix of experience at these innovative firms inspired Ron to found Leander Limited. He has a great desire to help entrepreneurs believe they can accomplish more than they thought possible.

Taking on more than the traditional role of a certified public accountant, Ron provides leadership and direction to growth-minded business owners who want a guide for faster results. He considers the financial standing of the client and how they operate. He keeps his clients focused. He holds them accountable. As a result, clients gain new skills and excitement to break through to the next level of growth.

As an advocate and implementer of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), Ron dives deep with clients into their processes, people and data to support a larger business vision. He’ll talk straight about delegating and developing the right leadership in the business or improving banking relationships. This difference elevates Leander Limited from the traditional public accounting firm.

When Ron’s not helping clients pursue their vision, he practices his long and short game at North Oaks Golf Club. Golf is just one of the many sports he enjoys playing and watching. He also relaxes by having a good time with his family and traveling to exotic locales.
